The Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Program in Exercise Science and Performance Nutrition provides trainees with a blend of formal coursework and the mastery of laboratory skills in order to design and implement high-quality research within the broad scope of exercise and nutritional sciences. 

Exercise Science, M.S.

The master's in exercise science offers a thesis and non-thesis track. Graduates are prepared for a career in a clinical setting such as wellness/fitness, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and sports performance.

Health Promotion, M.S.

The master's in health prepares students to work in a variety of healthcare and human service settings. The program is designed to help non-teacher education students increase their knowledge and develop the skills necessary for advancement in community health professions.

Sport Management, M.S.

The master's in sport management is a fully online program that focuses on elements of the sports industry with a specific emphasis on sport event and organizational management. Health Education - 6-12 Teacher Certification, M.Ed.

The master's in health education (6-12) is a teacher certification program designed to prepare students to teach health education in schools, implement school health education programs, promote a healthy school environment, and develop school and community partnerships.

Physical Education - P-12 Teacher Certification, M.Ed.

The master's in physical education (P-12) is a teacher certification program designed to prepare the student to teach physical education in schools. The program includes a variety of courses intended to improve the knowledge and skills of physical education teachers.
