Discover the Mitchell Scholars Program
The Mitchell Scholars Program, an exclusive opportunity for elite business students, offers a pathway to their full potential through faculty mentorship and a four-year $50,000 to $70,000 (depending on ACT score) scholarship that includes a laptop computer. Scholars will embark on challenging programs while cultivating stewardship and civic responsibility.
The Mitchell Scholars Program is not just about academic excellence but also about broadening horizons. The program offers a one-time, $2,000 study abroad scholarship. This unique opportunity allows scholars to immerse themselves in different cultures, gaining a global perspective that will set them apart in the business world.
Upon completion, Mitchell Scholars emerge as exceptional candidates for the workforce or graduate school, equipped with the skills and experiences that set them apart. Our scholars are not just encouraged, but also well-prepared to apply for prestigious national and international scholarships, such as Rhodes, further enhancing their career prospects.
As Mitchell Scholars, students have the unique opportunity to participate in faculty research projects. This culminates in an honors research thesis and the creation of a peer-reviewed publication or creative work. Scholar students are also given priority registration, ensuring they can maintain progress toward their academic and career goals.
