Health Challenges are a fun and competitive way to keep up with your day-to-day fitness. We offer walking/running challenges, mindfulness challenges, and even fun games like bingo to keep you motivated. Click below to start participating!

▼   Jags On Track

Jags On Track is a 12-week wellness challenge designed to get you on track. Each week, you will receive the motivation, challenge, and accountability you need to stay active in your wellness journey. The challenge is divided into two parts: Swiping into The Rec at least 15 times a month (Sept, Oct, & Nov) & attending various Campus Rec & Wellness events/challenges throughout the semester. 

We aren’t looking for perfection.
We’re looking for consistency.

Each week, a new theme will invite you to a community event, help you plan your wellness journey, or get you thinking about your goals!
