22-52 New JMB Building
Project Overview:
This project includes the renovation of the Grounds Department building, an existing
pre-engineered metal building and a new addition. Exterior renovations include new
masonry/metal panel cladding and new windows/doors. Interior renovations to include
practice and rehearsal rooms, storage and offices for the Jaguar Marching Band. The
addition will be a full ensemble rehearsal hall and will be constructed of structural
steel framing and metal stud walls with masonry/metal panel cladding. An artificial
practice field will also be constructed. The adjacent existing university storm shelter
will be connected by an enclosed vestibule between the two buildings.
