Megan Moore

Biography

Megan is from California. She received undergraduate degrees from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in Art Studio (with emphasis in photography) and Communication. After graduation, Megan worked in the event industry in Los Angeles for a few years before figuring out that she was not meant for LA traffic. She headed home to Northern California to focus on a studio art practice. Megan received a Masters of Fine Art from California State University, Chico, which is where she began teaching at the university level. Megan has taught for the University of South Alabama since 2012, in in-person and online formats. She met her husband while living in the South and eventually followed him up north. They now have two boys. Megan teaches for USA from New York City.
