3.4 Group Short Term Disability Insurance (USA Health only)

USA Health provides, at no cost to the employee, a Basic Short Term Disability Plan to all active regular employees.

Benefits are payable from the 7^th day of disability and may continue until you reach the 90^th day of disability. Please refer to Employer Paid Short-Term Disability on H.R. Department's Benefits & Wellness web page for eligibility and benefit details. You may also contact your Human Resources Office for further information.
