Meet our Professionals
Joy Aull Joy brings 25 years of experience in collaborating with federal, state and local agencies in addition to university/college officials to implement strong preemptive community education and professional development programs. She enjoys taking multidisciplinary projects from conception to implementation. Due to the extensive time Joy spent living and traveling internationally, she is adept at working with diverse groups. Joy graduated from Hardin Simmons University with a Bachelors of Behavioral Science. She has worked as a mentor, parole officer, training coordinator, university administrator, consultant and police captain. Joy has multiple mental health, emergency response, and public safety instructor certifications. Joy and her husband have three children and together they enjoy cooking, traveling, and outdoor activities. |

Jackson R. Norton "Reggie" Jackson R "Reggie" Norton is the Program Coordinator and Lead Instructor for Safety
and Emergency Response Training. He currently serves as a Captain with the Mobile
Fire Rescue Department on the Hazardous Materials Response Team. He has been in the
fire service since 1994 and has spent time on Mobile's technical rescue and marine
firefighting units. Reggie has been involved in emergency response and safety training
in the industrial setting since 1998 and has also served as an observer controller
in the United States Army Reserves. He has experience as an OSHA outreach instructor
as well as instructor certifications and has spoken at several safety and health conferences.
His response experience combined with his unique presentation style and passion for
training others makes for a positive learning experience for a variety of audiences.
Reggie is married with 4 grown children and 3 grandsons, he is an avid outdoorsman
and spends his free time exploring the Mobile Tensaw River Delta and fishing the waters
of the Gulf Coast.

Ginger Wade Ginger holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Alabama where her studies included business, communication and psychology. For over 20 years, she worked in both the public and private sectors gaining extensive experience in office management, case management and adjudication, and affording her the opportunity to interact with people of every walk of life. She firmly believes that community, education, and learning are crucial components to a full and meaningful life; therefore, she is delighted to have the opportunity to develop and support programs that encourage lifelong learning, professional and personal development. Ginger is married and enjoys spending time with her family. She also has many hobbies including decorating, furniture painting and doing DIY projects. |
