Find Your Stride: Fall 2026 Employee Walking Challenge

Welcome to our semester-long walking challenge! Lace up your sneakers, get moving, and earn some incredible exclusive gear along the way. The rules are simple, but consistency is key. From September to November, we will be cheering you along.

The Prize Line-up

  • September: Exclusive Challenge T-Shirt
  • October: Cozy Challenge Sweatshirt
  • November: Custom JagFit Compression Socks & Water Bottle
  • Random Drawing Grand Prize: Personal Walking Pad

The Challenge

To keep things fair, fun, and healthy for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • The Monthly Goal: To qualify for that month's prize, you must log a minimum of 150,000 steps by the last day of the month.
  • The Daily Cap: To encourage steady consistency (and prevent anyone from pulling a 50-mile walk on the final day!), there is a daily limit of 25,000 steps. Any steps taken beyond this number in a single day will not count toward your monthly total.
  • Tracking & Submission: Sync your tracker to Challenge Runner or submit your steps daily (within 7 days).
  • Fresh Start each month: Your step count resets at the beginning of each month. Missed out in September? You're still fully eligible to win in October and November!

Pro-Tip: To hit the 150,000-step monthly goal, you only need to average about 5,000 steps a day. You've got this!

▼   Rec Your Routine (For SRC Members)

Rec Your Routine Challenge

Build a routine, stay consistent and get rewarded along the way! Click here to join!

Who Can Participate
Rec Your Routine is open to current Student Recreation Center members and USA employee members

How It Works
Visit the Student Recreation Center and scan in on at least 15 different days each month.

Only one visit per day will count toward the monthly goal. Participants must use their own membership credentials when entering the facility.

Monthly Prize Drawings
Everyone who reaches 15 visit days during the month will be entered into a random monthly prize drawing. Meeting the goal each month gives you another opportunity to win.

Monthly Leaderboards
Monthly leaderboards will highlight participant progress and recognize members who are staying consistent. Leaderboards are for motivation and recognition; prizes will be awarded through random drawings among everyone who completes the monthly goal.

Important Reminders
Participants must have an active membership throughout the challenge. Visits cannot be transferred, added manually or combined with another participant’s visits. All participation and prize eligibility are subject to verification by Campus Recreation and Wellness.
