For a Formal Hearing the Complainant and Respondent have the right to:
- Be present at the hearing.
- Present evidence by witness or by affidavit.
- Be assisted by an advisor of their choice, at their own expense.
- Present their own information. (Advisors do not participate or speak on behalf of the respondent or complainant).
- Question all witnesses. Offer pertinent records, exhibits, and written statements for consideration by the Student Conduct Administrator (SCA) at their discretion.
