Jag Card Photo Submission

• Students are recommended to submit a photo in advance or visit the Jag Card Office to have a photo taken in person.  On-line photos are reviewed for approval twice per week. Students must come to the Jag Card Office located on the 1st floor or the Student Center to pick up their card in person.   Office hours are Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm.

Photo Requirements

1. The image should closely resemble a driver’s license or passport photo, with the student facing the camera directly, a plain background and the photo framed from the shoulders up.
2. An original photo must be used- a photo of a photo will be rejected.
3. The photo must be centered, original and parts of your head may not be cut off. 
4. No filters may be used and no hats, masks or other items may cover the face.
5. No other people or animal may appear in the photo.

Check your student email address (Jagmail) for the status (approved/rejected) of your photo.

• Students who are required to have an undergraduate nursing badge must submit a photo adhering to the College of Nursing requirements using the instructions and link provided below. On-line photos are reviewed for approval twice per week.
• The online payment process is the recommended and most convenient method to purchase.  The cost is $20.00 which includes shipping to the address provided during checkout.
• Students may also purchase their badge at the Jag ID Office in person for $15.00.
